In Loving Memory of Fatima Saleem

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Fatima Saleem on April 22, 2025, at Northwest Community Hospital. Born on June 18, 1958, Fatima was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend whose presence brought warmth, wisdom, and grace to everyone she touched.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Saleem Khokhar, and their three loving children: Sadaf, Naveed, and Sana. Fatima also cherished her sons- and daughter-in-law: Amer, Romail, and Sidra, who became a part of her family in every way. Her greatest joy was being a grandmother to Saul, Janelle, Diam, Zephaniah, and Daniel, who filled her days with laughter and love.

Fatima lived a life rooted in faith, kindness, and quiet strength. She was the heart of her family and a guiding light for many. Her love will continue to live on through the countless lives she touched.

A funeral service will be held on April 28, 2025, 10:00am at Prince of Peace Church in Palatine, followed by burial at the Evergreen Cemetery in Barrington, and a luncheon at the church. Family and friends are welcome to join in remembering a life so beautifully lived.
