Giovanna Griselda Diaz

Giovanna Griselda Diaz, of Crystal Lake passed away suddenly surrounded by her family at Northwestern Medical Center in Huntley February 18, 2020.  Born in Woodstock IL on September 26, 1991 to Saul Diaz and Angelica Sanchez.  Giovanna is the beloved sister of Marco and Leonardo Diaz.  She attended and graduated from Central High School in Crystal Lake and continued her academic studies at McHenry College.  Giovanna loved spending time with her family and loved kids.  She also loved hanging out with her friends, baking and loved macaroni and cheese.  She was a waitress at Buffalo Wild Wings in Crystal Lake, and liked to attend painting with wine events.

Join us in honoring Giovanna's life Sunday February 23, 2020 from 4-9pm at Dundee Funeral Home 525 Dundee Ave. East Dundee IL 60018.  Funeral Mass will be held Monday February 24, 2020 at 11am at St Monica Church in Carpentersville.  Interment to follow at Dundee Township Cemetery - East.
