Hugo De Santiago of Carpentersville passed away on Wednesday May 13, 2021 at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday May 19, 2021 at 11:00am. St. Monica Catholic Church in Carpentersville then a visitation will be held from 3:00pm. till 9:00pm. at Dundee Funeral & Cremation Care 525 Dundee Ave., East Dundee (Across from the Dundee Township Cemetery East on Rt. 25 & Higgins Rd.) Cremation will be private.
