Jacqueline Cleaves of Elgin passed away on May 22, 2024 at The Tower Hill Healthcare Center in Elgin surrounded by her loving family. Celebration of life will be Sunday June 9, 2024 from 2pm to 6pm. at the Dundee Funeral Home 525 Dundee Ave. East Dundee ( Across from the Dundee Township Cemetery East on Rt. 25 & 72 )
