John H. Cook of Carpentersville passed away suddenly at Northwestern Medical Center in McHenry. Visitation will be held on Wednesday December 6, 2023 from 4pm. to 8pm. at the Dundee Funeral Home 525 Dundee Ave., East Dundee ( Across from the Dundee Township Cemetery East on Rt. 25 & 72 ) cremation will be private.
