Ricardo Morales Romo

Ricardo Morales Romo, of Carpentersville passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family July 28, 2024.  Born in Mexico on December 26, 1948 to the late Manuel Morales and Trinidad Romo.  Beloved husband  of Rebeca Camarena for 54 wonderful years of marriage; loving father of Jaime (Juana) Morales, Oscar (Esmeralda) Morales, Ricardo II (Carina) Morales, Josemaria Morales, Veronica (Salvador) Rojo and Yuridiana Yuri Morales; proud grandfather of 10 grandchildren and great-grandfather of one with another on the way; fond brother of seven brothers and five sisters.

Ricardo was a lively person who loved dancing and singing with his loved ones, and making his famous tacos.  He also enjoyed drinking tequila and was a tequila expert.

Join us to celebrate Ricardo's life and legacy Thursday August 1, 2024 from 3:00pm - 9:00pm for a time of visitation at Dundee Funeral Home 485 Dundee Ave. East Dundee IL 60118.  Funeral Mass will be held Friday August 2, 2024 at 11:00am at St. Monica Church in Carpentersville.  Cremation rites to be accorded.
