Wilbert Ronald Parker of Elgin passed away suddenly on September 3, 2023. Visitation will be held at the Living Gospel Church of Good 1515 Dundee Ave., Elgin Illinois. on Saturday September 16, 2023 from 9am. - till time of service at 11am. Interment Lincoln Cemetery in Blue Island.
