Arthur Guyer Obituary

Arthur J. “Art” Guyer age 80, of Carpentersville, Illinois passed away on May 4, 2022 with his loving family at his side. He was born in Martinsville, Illinois on November 5, 1941 the son of Emery and Opal Guyer.

Art was a proud U.S. Army Veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Katherine M. Guyer; his children, Kem (Donna) Guyer, Tammy Gonzalez, Cindy Guyer, Dianna Kuecker and Jonathon Guyer; his step-daughter, Ruth (Dave) Gibson; his grandchildren, Michael, Janelle, Kimberly, Kelsey, Alexis, Sabrina, Kayla, Breana, Chyanne and Brandon; his great-grandson, KJ.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-son, Victor Markham.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 9, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Dundee Funeral Home 525 Dundee Ave,. East Dundee, IL.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2022at 10:30 AM in the funeral home chapel. Visitation will continue Tuesday morning beginning at 9:00 AM.

Interment will follow along with Military Honors at Lakewood Memorial Park in Elgin, IL.
