Carmen Celeste Diaz of Lake In The Hills passed away on Thursday August 30, 2022 at Northwestern Hospital in Huntley. Visitation will be held on Monday September 5, 2022 at Dundee Funeral Home 525 Dundee Ave., East Dundee ( Across from the Dundee Township Cemetery East on Rt. 25 & Higgins Rd.) from 3pm to 8pm Funeral Service 6pm. on Monday.
