Dolores Ramirez

Dolores Ramirez, of Belvidere IL passed away after a lengthy illness April 24, 2024 in Chicago.  Born September 22, 1979 in Elk Grove Village to the late Jose Antonio Ramirez and Elizabeth (Heraclio)  Villafuerte.  Beloved wife of Carlos Francisco Mendez; loving mother of Ismael Jr. Cortes, Bianca E. Cortes, Meilani E. Mendez and Guilianna A. Mendez; caring sister of Marco (Sherri) Ramirez, Arturo (Brittany) Ramirez and Emmanuel Avila; fond aunt to many nieces and nephews.  Dolores was a wonderful and dedicated mother, she enjoyed spending her time with family especially preparing meals and hosting get togethers.  Dolores is known to be the best cook in the family.  She is also known for being the rock of the family; always being there for anyone who needed a listening ear.  She was also very funny and the life of the party.

Join us in honoring the life and legacy of Dolores for a time of memorial visitation Sunday April 28, 2024 from 1-4pm at Dundee Funeral Home 525 Dundee Ave. East Dundee IL 60118.  Prayers and a time for sharing will be at 2:30pm.  Cremation rites have been accorded.
