Donnalee Bloomer of Elgin Illinois went to be with the Lord on Wednesday June 14, 2023. She passed peacefully at home with her husband by her side. She was born in Pueblo Colorado on October 24, 1950 to Robert and Betty Sundstrom, the first of 4 children. Donnalee is loved and missed by her husband of 50 years Daniel Lee Bloomer, daughter Jennifer Joyce Bloomer, son Daniel Scott Bloomer(wife Zuni Bloomer), grandsons Miles Lee Bloomer and Breckin Aaron Earl Bloomer, brother Robert Scott Sundstrom(wife Terry Sundstrom), sister Jill Louise Williams(husband Ed Williams) and brother Todd James Sundstrom(wife Vicki Sundstrom).
Donnalee was proceeded in death by her son Mark Aaron Bloomer of Pueblo Colorado who passed earlier this year, brother n law Paul Bloomer, parents Robert & Betty Sundstrom.
Donnalee lived simply and shared kindness with everyone she met. She loved all God’s creatures and enjoyed being outdoors as much as possible. She loved being with her grandboys teaching them kindness and compassion.
Visitation will take place Saturday July 1st from 4pm – 5:30pm at
**Dundee Funeral Home and Crematory 525 Dundee Ave in East Dundee Illinois**
A funeral service will take place Saturday July 1st at the funeral home starting at 5:30pm

Donations may be given directly to the Bloomer family to which savings accounts have been opened for the grandboys.
