Dylan Santiago Tapia of Wauconda passed away on March 28, 2021 at Loyola Hospital in Maywood. Visitation will be Wednesday March 31, 2021 Willow Funeral Home 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., Algonquin Illinois (One Mile West of Rt. 31) from 9am. - 12:00 Noon. Mass of Christian Burial 1pm. St. Joseph Catholic Church in Elgin. Interment Dundee Township Cemetery East.
