Beloved father of serenity Harper, (mother Kori Thomas), Anaya Harper (mother Jessica Gallegos), Loving brother of Rosa Harper, Marvin Harper, Francisco Sr. ( Anais Quintana) Harper, Jamore Rand, William Rand, Elmer Rand. Loving uncle of Alexis Harper, Timiya Harper, Timari Dunigan - Ramey, Francisco Harper Jr., Anthony Harper, Noah Harper, Siana Harper, Brianna Harper, Elijah Harper. Vernon Ramey ( Dad ), Elmer Rand ( Stepdad ). Visitation will be held on Wednesday January 5, 2022 from 3pm. - 8pm. at the Dundee Funeral Home 525 Dundee Ave. East Dundee ( Across from the Dundee Township Cemetery East on Rt. 25 & Higgins Rd. ) funeral service 11am. on Thursday. Interment Dundee Township Cemetery East.
