Martin Leyva of Carpentersville passed away on September 6, 2022 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights surrounded by his loving family. Visitation will be held on Sunday September 11, 2022 Dundee Funeral Home 525 Dundee Ave, East Dundee Illinois ( Across from the Dundee Township Cemetery East on Rt. 25 & Higgins Rd.) from 2pm. to 7pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday 11am. St. Monica Catholic Church.
